We have been notified by our upstream provider that processes both our inbound and outbound mail (SpamTitan / Dediserve) of a data centre problem with one of their power nodes.  As of 9:30GMT the service appears to be up but we are now processing a queue backlog as a result of their service disruption.

Our data centre hosting provider, Bytemark is having connectivity issues with BT.

We're seeing reports that lead us to suspect there are issues somewhere with our connectivity to BT. At this stage, we're not wholly sure whether these issues are on our network or BT's however our core network engineer is looking into it and we hope to have an up date soon.

Q: Where can I login to the system?

Q: Why can't I logon?

It is now necessary to use your full email address as your username.
E.g. "username@postmaster.co.uk" instead of "username"

If you are unable to logon, please call us on +44 (0) 203 002 3761 and we will reset your password.

Q: Where are my historical emails

Old emails have been moved to the new server.

In some cases it has been necessary to perform this action manually (the restore attempt can sometimes timeout) and we are working through these exceptions. Please contact us if you have any concerns and we will endeavour to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Q: I'd like to connect my Mobile iPhone/iPad/etc & External Mail Clients - What are the settings?

  • inbound mail server: imap.zos.vorari.net
  • outbound mail server: smtp.zos.vorari.net
  • username = full email address
  • password = your password
  • SSL = yes.  (We have installed a dedicated SSL certificate for PostMaster users)
